This quality easy to use whipped cream maker produces whipped cream which is dispensed manually giving you full control of the amount being dispensed. It features a removable container which is indirectly cooled and keeps the liquid cream at the perfect condition and temperature without separating fats from water.
Equipped with a rotary pump which processes light and heavy creams into the desired type of cream, the pump pushes the liquid cream and air through multiple passageways transforming the liquid cream into whipped cream. Both the liquid and whipped cream is suitably refrigerated during the entire process within the machine until dispensing. The removable container ensures safe and efficient cleaning with the best possible hygiene whilst the pumps are rinsed through without needing daily assembly.
This smart whipped cream maker is suitable for a wide range if eateries from bakeries, patisseries and even ice-cream parlours and is capable of dispensing the following types of produce:
• Whipped cream from fresh, UHT or vegetable cream, ranging from 30% fat to 40% fat.
• Sweetened whipped cream (max. 5% fat)
• Flavoured whipped cream
• Mouse
