This quality Lincat OPUS 800 four burner oven range is ideal for use within any demanding kitchen. It features an extremely powerful oven which can withstand use within kitchens with high covers. The oven is capable of holding two 1/1 GN Containers which for its size ensures you can produce large volumes of foods within a very small footprint. The hob has dual concentric burners which are built for focused heat distribution from a fast boil to a low simmer, while there's a low flue to allow use of the complete hob top. The hob comes complete with cast iron pan stands and flame failure devices as well as an added splash-back with shelf which can easily accommodate a salamander grill or can be used for storing pans ready for use.
