It features include; 16.2kW heating elements, 20mm thick griddle plate, Single temperature control zone and Top weld sealed plates. The three separate heat zones enable you to use one area in quieter periods and all three when demand is at its highest making it a versatile piece of equipment. Additionally the griddle comes with a Stainless steel grease drawer, Heavy-duty reinforced control knobs which ensure the griddle is easy to operate. The Flat top griddle comes complete with stand which has a shelf for you to safely store a wide range of kitchen items.
