This versatile and reliable four pot wet heat bain marie by Lincat comes complete with four stainless steel pots which is capable of holding up to 18 litres of sauces, gravy and any other pre-cooked foods for up to two hours at serving temperature. The bain marie also features adjustable, thermostatic heat control and a front tap for easy draining.
