This Eco Pro G2 4 Door Prep Fridge by Foster is a space saving solution for storing and prepping food and offers chilled storage space together with a top surface countertop that doubles as a prep workstation. Its large fridge capacity of 280 litres and worktop space of 1415 mm x 700 mm also make it ideal for busier kitchens. Food ingredients are always readily accessible and available at the perfect chilled temperature. The operating temperature range is +1°C to +4°C and the unit will function efficiently in ambient temperatures up to 40°C and the control panel is touch sensitive and hidden until lit. The advanced Airlines ventilation system reduces compressor running times by 15% ensuring energy efficiency.
